Sadie has called a lot of different places home, as she's worked seasonally for the Forest Service for the past 6-7 years leading trail crews for various National Forests in Washington, Montana and Idaho. Sadie grew up in Montana, playing in the creeks of the Big Hole Valley. She studied Public Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and took an internship with the Forest Service after graduation and was sucked into the seasonal lifestyle. Living in the woods for summers at a time helped her cultivate a deep appreciation for the natural world, and she loves any hobby that allows her to move through it. ​
