Pilot LTPBR project in Central Oregon apart of an iterative process to inform future restoration decisions. This project included 4 complexes of post-assisted log structures.
Starting in 2008, this long term project included the placement of woody structure throughout the Asotin Creek watershed to increase wood accumulation and riverscape complexity to aid in the success of Wahington’s wild steelhead populations.
This budding, long term project includes methods of LTPBR that will promote meadow expansion and aid in the success rate of native golden trout in the Kern River watershed.
This is an active project devoted to restoring the heavily degraded Pumpkin Creek, degrade from a result of overgrazing and absence of beaver. The project will include restoring stream complexity through the introduction of BDAs and PALS and will be ongoing through 2024.
This project was initiated to improve instream habitat for Bonneville Cutthroat Trout in the Bear River watershed by increasing geomorphic complexity and habitat with in stream structures (such as BDAs and PALS).
