Jude was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. After completing her BFA in Baltimore Maryland, Jude returned to the west coast to continue balancing her working lives as both a handyman and professional illustrator. Though seemingly unrelated, Jude’s occupations inform and inspire each other. Practical labor skills come in handy quite often for an artist, and an eye for beauty elevates any landscaping project. One way or another, Jude always finds her way back to working with her hands.
